Scope 2500 sq. ft. CMU poultry barn retrofit
WaterFarmers designed a layout and provided building and environmental systems recommendations for a mushroom farm, constructed from a defunct poultry barn. Construction methods and materials specifications were developed to provide a sanitary and efficient production space. Kendal Hills currently sells speciality mushroom varieties at markets throughout southern Ontario.
